Customer Care Program
The goal of Culligan’s Customer Care Program is to give you and your family a worry-free experience by providing the proper care and service on your Culligan Water Treatment System.
By performing regular checkups as part of a handcrafted service plan, you can expect consistent, clean Culligan water in your home. Our equipment-specific intervals have been designed to maximize the efficiency of your system through the expertise of the Culligan service network.
When Enrolled In the Customer Care Program
- There is a 6-month warranty on all work performed at each scheduled interval (as opposed to three months).
- Any and all repairs outside of scheduled maintenance receives a 10% discount.
- You will be billed for the upcoming program interval one month prior to service.
- At the time of scheduling, the entire balance must be paid in full.
- Any additional repairs outside of the scheduled intervals will be done immediately at the time of the original service.

Disclaimer: This is a service maintenance plan, not a warranty extension. All factory warranties remain the same unless noted otherwise. If you choose to cancel the program before two years, an early termination of $50 may apply.
