When Enrolled In the Customer Care Program

• There is a 6-month warranty on all work performed at each scheduled interval (as opposed to three months).
• Any and all repairs outside of scheduled maintenance receives a 10% discount.
• You will be billed for the upcoming program interval one month prior to service.
• At the time of scheduling, the entire balance must be paid in full.
• Any additional repairs outside of the scheduled intervals will be done immediately at the time of the original service.
